I recently landed my first lead in a national commercial for State Auto Insurance.
Look for me in 37 states, including the Midwest and Southeast United States. I'll be the crazy neighbor burning the food on the grill, almost setting fire to the house --- "are you covered for the unexpected?"
I'm not excatly sure when the spot will air and this is the reason why...
A commercial like this takes life in several forms. I was involved in the second stage as an actor where production crews filmed various scenes. Shots were designed and approved by the producer, director, and client during the first stage of prodcution. After footage is filmed, the production company producing the commercial will edit the footage by adding effects, graphics, audio, etc. The final stage of production happens when the commercial is approved by the client and then scheduled to air according to the clients budget and marketing agenda.
With that said I hope you enjoy a couple pictures from on set... STAY TUNED!
